Any formal engagement for services is subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Service Scope and Fees
- SEO and SEM plans shown on the website describe management services
- SEM management fees do not include Google or Meta ad spend
- Ad spend is approved by the client and paid separately to the advertising platform
- Service timelines and deliverables depend on the agreed scope
No Guaranteed Results
Search rankings, traffic, lead volume, and ad performance can change based on competition, platform rules, budgets, seasonality, and other market conditions. Results are not guaranteed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, unless a different governing law is specified in a written client agreement.
