This policy explains how monthly service cancellations and refunds are handled for Ranked Local services.
Monthly Services
Monthly SEO and SEM services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation requests should be made in writing before the next billing cycle begins.
Refunds
- Payments for work already performed are non-refundable
- One-time strategy, audit, or consulting work is non-refundable once delivered
- Google, Meta, or other advertising platform spend is separate from management fees and is non-refundable once committed or spent
Pauses and Changes
If you need to pause or change monthly services, request the change before the next billing cycle so future work can be adjusted accordingly.
